The costs are £90.00 an hour for general NLP and hypnosis, although should I feel that we are really getting somewhere and a few extra minutes would be necessary to really make a difference then this is still within the £90.00 cost.
Along with this you also get personalised NLP exercises that will help, your behaviours and mindset – if applied.
My sessions include a free personal hypnosis mp3 or CD (if necessary) that will be recorded and edited at a high standard. I took Media Studies and HNC in Radio Broadcasting and I was taught how to mix sound so you get a good quality recording, I use audio editing software.
Quitting smoking
I also offer an in person quit smoking session at £200.00 including hypnosis mp3/CD You also get a free back up session should it be needed.
Past Life Regression
£60.00 including a recording of the session – 1 hour. All these sessions are available in person or online. My therapy room is in Gloucester.
